The property also has a beautiful landscaped garden which can be enjoyed as you walk down the steps to the private beach deck. Arlene Conroy's mission in life is to guide women back to the wisdom of the body through devotional touch, breath, movement, ritual and sound. She sees the feminine body as an altar, a temple, art and she wants you to feel that way too. Arlene has spent more than half of this lifetime so far in service to women training in many different therapies and modalities over the years. She now weaves bodywork, energy and shamanic healing and sound therapy into her 1:1 sessions with a strong focus on the pelvis, heart, throat and spine. All sessions are co-created between you both and tailored to your physical, energetic and emotional needs on the day.

Our beach house is 75 minutes from the Heraklion Airport (International). Taxis are available to get upon arrival to take you to our address (details provided upon booking) and there will be a Telegram group set up before for those coming to share travel plans and arrange lifts and taxi shares.
Yes. After booking you will receive a Questionnaire with the option to let us know of any dietary requests or allergies so we can cater for you.

Many women arrive on retreat having never been on one before! If your intuition and your body says yes, I would follow that nudge... There is no "level" to be "at" in this work and journey. All women are welcome. If you feel you want to share more about your unique situation before booking, please email fiona@wildfeminineretreats.com.
Wild Feminine Retreats welcome women of all ages, levels, and life-journeys. There are no expectations or prerequisites needed in order to join us. Typically, the average age range tends to be 25 - 45. Our retreats are dynamic, deep, and devotional with plenty of time for play and pleasure so if this energy speaks to you, then step in.
Due to the intimate nature of our retreats and the costs involved, all payments are non-refundable. In certain (discretionary) cases payments / bookings may be transferred to another retreat within 12 months or to another person, however we cannot guarantee this. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unforeseen changes for your own protection and peace of mind. Please read the T&Cs before booking.
